1.Centennial Museum
This week Ms. Wendell’s class visited Centennial Museum. The students learned about the celebration of Christmas in the pioneer times. They pretended to go back in time a hundred years and used artifacts that people used to have. They baked gingerbread cookies, visited the general store, got a package from the post office and opened gifts around the Christmas tree. They loved putting together a mini play with the use of shadow puppets for each other. The students were complemented at each station for their wonderful behavior and respectful manners. What an awesome trip!
2. Mousache Day
It was great to see all of the very imaginative moustache’s wondering the halls at school! I was in meetings all day so did not get any pictures, sorry, except for a few sent from teachers.
