1. Architects in the Making!
The K/1 class was busy building Gingerbread Houses this week. I think some of the icing and candies managed to make it on the houses as well as in their tummies!
2. Windy Days
We’ve had some crazy weather over the last few weeks! We’re trying not to lose any children in the wind!
3. Angel Tree Gifts
Mrs. Cunningham’s class chose angels from the Vancity Christmas tree, then raised money by doing extra chores and purchased gifts for two children. How very thoughtful Division 10!

4. Hard at work decorating
Thank you to Alex’s mom for donating more gingerbread cookies than I have ever seen in my life!! The kids had a great time working with their buddy classes decorating their gingerbread man.
5. Ice Cream Anyone?
Mrs. Danford’s grade 4 class drew ice cream cones or were they snowmen?! They looked good enough to eat!
6. Christmas Concert
The kids and staff did an amazing job again this year with the Christmas Concert. All of the practicing and hard work was worth the effort! We had three concerts so I am hopeful that our joy was shared with many families. A big thank you to Mrs. Ebl, Mrs. Carveth and Ms. Thurston for all of your help behind the scenes.
7. That’s a Wrap!
Some of our LMCS staff spent a night at the Willowbrook Mall this week wrapping gifts. As they volunteered their time and efforts, part of the proceeds of this event will be donated back to the LMCS breakfast club. Thank you ladies.

8. The Perfect Ending!
What a great day to have after the concert, pajama day!! A relaxing and easy end to the week :O)
