Division 1 and Division 16 got together to have some buddy fun! They made clay pumpkins, learned a Halloween song and the most important of course was spending time building new friendships.
2. Breakfast Club
This morning the breakfast club made pancakes that smelled divine! So unfair as the smell wafted throughout the office first thing this morning! So wonderful to see our community coming together every morning to start their day with good friends and good food!
This week the students have been practising gymnastics skills with Mrs. Erickson in the gym. We are so lucky that our gym teacher is a trained gymnast! The kids were able to safely try all of the equipment and learn new skills.
Mrs. Jackson and Mr. Raphael’s classes got together this afternoon for a science experiment. The students watched an experiment about the water cycle and then discussed the scientific method which is a body of techniques for investigating phenomena, acquiring new knowledge, or correcting and integrating previous knowledge. The kids then sorted and classified examples into three groups; precipitation, evaporation and condensation.
